🔄 Return & Exchange Policy
To ensure efficient resolution of merchandise inquiries, an unboxing video is required. Please film a continuous, unedited video of the package being opened and items being unwrapped immediately after delivery. Confirm item type and version before opening sealed products. If damage or incorrect items are visible, do not unwrap the product.
Merchandise Issues (damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items): If your shipment has an issue, contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date at ppangkpop@gmail.com. Include:

Once your inquiry is reviewed and approved, our team will provide a resolution — which may include a prepaid return label, replacement, full refund, or store credit.
Note:

Unboxing videos must clearly show the packaging and all contents from start to finish.

We cannot assist with merchandise issues without this video.
Product Condition Notes:

For external damages or incorrect items, contact us before opening the product. Once unwrapped, we may be unable to process a return or exchange.

Outer packaging (box/case/sleeve) is designed to protect inner contents and may show cosmetic imperfections due to transit. These minor flaws—including scratches, spots, bends, or discoloration—do not qualify for return/exchange.

Subtle damage (not visible from 12 inches/30 cm) or slight wear on thin paper items like photobooks or magazines is also not eligible.
Missing Item Resolution: If an item is missing, we will verify via the unboxing video and either send a replacement or issue a refund if the item is out of stock.
Changed Your Mind? You may request a return for personal reasons within 7 days of delivery if the item is:

Please contact us before sending returns to ensure we’re ready to receive your package. Once inspected, refunds (minus applicable shipping fees) will be issued within 5–7 business days, returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank.
