Pre-Orders: For pre-ordered items, once they are released in Korea, it typically takes approximately one week for them to arrive at our facility (barring any unforeseen delays). Order processing will begin thereafter and may vary depending on the release date and delivery schedule from our suppliers.

In-Stock Items: Orders containing in-stock merchandise will begin processing within 4–5 business days. Once processed, orders are typically shipped within 7–10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that all shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or seasonal factors.
